Sonic medicine is a collaborative effort between scientists, psycologists, and artists who believe that individuals of all ages can naturally achieve a state of focus, calm, and rest without relying on medication.
Music can be thought of as a facilitator of change. Through subconscious channels, music has the ability to both encode our experience and modify the way we respond to certain stimuli. The Research Institute of Sonic Medicine in Switzerland was established in 1993 to investigate such possibilities.
Since 1998, Sonic Medicine has eased the minds and relaxed the bodies for thousands of people just like you!
